10 reasons I don’t read your blog
1. I am easily distracted.
3. People who are picky about mathematics bore me.
4. Bad spelling. A person who isn’t careful enough to use a spell checker before posting probably frequently neglects to zip.
5. Gizmos. Gimme text and a photo and just get rid of all that junk!
6. Google Ads.
7. Bible studies. When I study the Bible it is wild and exciting. When you study the Bible it is long and boring.
8. Cats.
9. You care more about your church than the gospel. And I’m not buying what you’re selling.
10. Baseball and book reviews. Yahwn…
This list was inspired by Michael Spencer’s much longer and much funnier list: Ten Reasons I Don’t Read Your Blog. He’s much cooler than I am but I’m practicing his juke.
P.S. I know I don’t normally publish on Sunday but it’s after sundown so this doesn’t count.
Of course you only list nine. Either this was intentional and a stroke of genius (which is what I’m going with) or your mathematics point is well taken and you really are horrible at it!
Aaah, I still use the tiny Google Ads in my site because in 20 years, I might actually make the necessary $100 to cash in a payment! (I’m up to $6.07 now.) It’s sort of a tiny game I’m playing.
I agree about bad spelling & gizmos. I have a policy of never embedding video.

Jim: I do list ten. The jump at the beginning from 1 to 3 was supposed to be funny (duh dum-dum pah) and number ten has two.

I just can’t skip fast enough over your painfully boring posts every time they come up in my reader. Which is also why I never comment.

Interesting title. It’s finally Monday, so I read it. Won’t read the blog post itself, for 9 or 10 different reasons.
