I’m still waiting for Automattic to release the lingamish.com domain so I can map it to my new host. I’ve been posting over there like crazy but I don’t want you to know what the root domain is, so I can’t make the switch until I get the go from Automattic.
Here are a few things that I’m excited about:
- A shout box: I’ve always wanted one.
- The coolest theme I’ve ever seen. I just keep hitting reload to see what it will look like next.
- Lots of share-ability
- Cool semantic tagging
A lot of this sounds like geekery. But the result will be more signal, less noise and a lot of cool ways for us to interact as readers and writers.
I’ve just handed out the latest Lingies, but I can’t publish the news until the domain transfer goes through. Yeek! The suspense is killing me.
I would love one of these. Would someone like to purchase it and send it to me in Africa? I think my Mozambican friends would think it was really cool since Obama is right up there with Mandela and Tutu.
An added advantage is that because it’s clover you can actually trim the Commander in Chief’s head and add his green locks to your salad.
